  • Payments are due in full either on the 1st or the 15th of every month.

  • We accept payments in the form of Zelle, Apple Pay, Square, CashApp, Venmo, and of course, good ol’ fashion dollar bills.

  • Items that are 10-days late from the pay date (1st or 15th of the month), will result in an additional $5 charge. Members will NOT be allowed to train until payment is paid off.

  • Unfortunately, all payments made for memberships, monthly group and/or private sessions are non-refundable.

  • All classes and personal session have to be used within a 30-day time span. No refunds are given even if members do not fulfill the amount of days, or sessions, that they’ve paid for.

  • We offer contract packages for a discounted rate, but clients are not required to sign a contract.

  • Yes! Parents can expect to pay the regular membership of either an adult or child and then additional members will have a discount of $50 added to the plan. That sounds like a great deal to get the whole family to have a fun time!

  • Yes! We offer 15% off of memberships for our military members.

  • No. Our boxing training sessions are non-contact and non-combat – you’ll get lean and toned like a fighter without ever having to fight!

  • No. While we do offer sparring sessions for our more advanced fighters, we absolutely do not pressure anyone to spar. If you are interested in testing yourself with sparring, we recommend training first for a month, building up that strength and conditioning, and then talk to our coaches to see your progress and what your next step is before stepping into the ring with another individual. We take the health of our members very seriously regarding this subject and will make sure that everything regarding sparring is properly and safely handled.

  • Our boxing training sessions are well-balanced workouts consisting of boxing fitness, cardio training, and functional fitness. It is a full-body workout – legs, core, back, shoulders, and arms.

    You’ll be doing standard conditioning drills like burpees, sit-ups, and quick feet drills, as well as fundamental boxing including shadow boxing and bag work.

    If this is your first time joining us, or don’t have any gear of your own, we’ll wrap your hands to protect them and get you in a pair of real boxing gloves.

  • Our kids classes range from 45-minutes to an hour. Group boxing classes average between an hour, or an hour and 15 minutes in length. Our fighters training lasts around two hours.

    Compared to many other gyms, the great part about our gym is that once you have finished your warm-ups, bag and mitt work, and circuit training, the gym is yours to continue to work on whatever you’d like to train for an extra hour.

    Do you want to use our weights? Go on ahead! Want to work on your footwork still? Have at it! Need to nail down that left hook properly? Get back on the bag! You’re family to us, so the gym is yours to do as you please.

  • Handwraps & boxing gloves are required to attend lessons and during any training session.

  • Yes! When you arrive at our gym, feel free to to park anywhere on our lot!
